It's so difficult for me
to be so far away from you,
when I want to be close enough
to see you and help you pull through
any difficulty you may ever have.
I know your life isn't always
made of sunshine and roses,
and I know that the clouds sometimes
roll in as the day closes.
Just please let me know if I can help.
You play and joke around all the time
as if you're filled with only content,
I, on the other hand, know differently--
I sometimes wonder if you're heavensent.
You're always there for me, I offer you the same.
Please don't be too afraid or proud to come to me;

that maybe you were heartless and cold
