There is a tremendous problem with the world today.
Where has all the loving, caring and sharing gone?
If someone told you they loved you, what would you say?
Would you go with it or would you say to another you belong?
Who has not loved and lost in their lifetime?
I would dare say, at some point, we all did.
Some hide their hurt and tears, as like a mime,
others just detach themselves, thus it is rid.
They say better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all;
but if it's so great, why does it continue to hurt,
leaving so many wondering what they should do?
Metamorphically speaking, those bleeding souls spurt.
The pain is real, the loneliness is real, all so real,
why do people lead us to believe they really care,
simply by using three little words, a heart they steal.
Don't you say those words if there's no meaning, don't you dare!
You must think of the cost!
My wish for all of society is a very simple wish.
I wish all of the lonely, sad and bleeding souls
could come together and unite, let's throw the pain to the fish!
I realize that it's impossible to meet all of these goals,
I wish that all people could find some kind of natural drug
that would make an end to all the suffering and strife.
I wonder...if we all got together and shared a huge hug,
would that help to brighten someone's life?
